The Orchards is located in Allen, Texas just 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas. The City of Allen boasts an award-winning park system featuring neighborhood and community parks, hike and bike trails, and greenbelts.

With the recent addition new of retail and restaraunts, the city continues to enjoy the latest the Metroplex has to offer.

Our neighborhood is located at the Northeast corner of East Bethany Drive and South Malone Road between Tanglewood Drive and Lake Travis Drive. The neighborhood is made up of 237 DR Horton Homes built between 2004 and 2006.
